This institution was founded with the intention of actively and creatively assisting the government in building an archipelagic society to support a better and more sustainable future.
The purpose of this institution is to help people in the archipelagic region to be able to independently and wisely manage their physical and social environments, enhance community capacity in strengthening economic and ecological resilience, and reinforce the preservation of cultural diversity

A senior development planner with over 29 years of experience at the Maluku Provincial Development Planning Agency, specializing in cross-sectoral policy formulation.

Irene Sahertian
Chair
Environmental management professional with over two decades of experience in fisheries management, marine conservation, policy advocacy, and sustainable community development including GEDSI and waste management.

Hendrik Tandeliling
Vice of Chair
A professional with over 20 years of experience in business construction, now transitioning into the environmental sector with a focus on practical, results-driven project leadership.

Jacobus Birahy
Secretary
Has extensive experience in organizing and developing rural communities since 1997 until now.

Djeki Noya
Treasurer
A finance professional with experience as Head of Administration & Finance at a national service company and as Director of a procurement and construction firm, overseeing budgets and financial operations.

Ricky Leimaheriwa
Vice of Secretary
Possess expertise in document management, including filing, distribution, and updating project data, and master effective communication and strong organizational skills to schedule meetings and manage workflows.
